Clinical Supervision
A reflective, supportive space for your practice
As a Level 7 Clinical Supervisor with extensive experience working in community mental health settings, I offer a steady, warm and relational space where you can bring the reality of your client work — the moments that feel clear, the situations that feel uncertain, and the experiences that stay with you.
Supervision with me is collaborative and thoughtful. Together, we explore your practice with curiosity, compassion and openness, paying attention not only to the client work itself, but also to your experience as a practitioner.
What We Explore

Supervision provides space for:
-
Reflecting on client work and therapeutic process
-
Exploring challenges, concerns and areas of uncertainty
-
Developing ethical awareness and professional practice
-
Considering safeguarding, risk and responsibility
-
Building confidence and strengthening your identity as a practitioner
-
Exploring relational dynamics between therapist and client
-
Processing the emotional impact of the work
-
Bringing vulnerability, curiosity and questions without judgement
My hope is that supervision becomes a place where you can bring your whole self as a practitioner — thoughtful, uncertain, reflective, developing and proud — and feel supported with warmth, honesty and respect.
Small Group Supervision
I also offer small group supervision for practitioners who value shared reflection and learning.
These groups provide a supportive relational environment where therapists can explore client work, share perspectives and learn from one another’s experiences. Groups are intentionally kept small so that each person has time and space to contribute, reflect and feel heard.

Introductory Meeting (20 minutes)
I offer a free 20-minute introductory meeting online.
This is an opportunity for us to meet, talk about your supervision needs, and explore whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.
You can share a little about your practice, the type of supervision you are looking for, and what you hope to gain from supervision. I will also explain how I work as a Level 7 Clinical Supervisor and the approach I bring.
There is no pressure or expectation to continue — simply a chance to connect, ask questions and see whether we feel comfortable working together.
